If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing grains (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). I think you misunderstood the question. It's about the new lids, which have 2 openings. Because of the sticker, you don't know whether you're getting the small or large opening :)

Our experiment with another organic spice (see photo) showed that you can tell the sides apart visually. Admittedly, you have to look very closely to do this. In green you can see the center line. In red you can see the kink from the small opening. This area is visually much smaller. If the product is still unused, you can't really see it very well.
