Today I wanted to buy the organic milk from the region from the Sursee store as usual. But it was only available in Tetra packaging. When I asked a sales clerk, she told me that this was new and that the organic milk was no longer available in bottles. Is that really the case? Do I now have to buy organic milk in a non-recyclable tetra pack (with a plastic cap), which I then have to dispose of in the bin? And suddenly the milk is no longer from the region? Surely that can't be right? Can't it?

Merci, I didn't know that, and there's even a collection point here, but I still think the Tetra packaging in which this milk is sold is a bad joke. With all that plastic on it, I'm sure it can't be recycled properly either.
yes well the completely recyclable packaging is probably not available or not affordable, unfortunately I don't know either...but one way to get there...
Hello Dis72 Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry that you did not find the organic milk you wanted in the bottle in the MMM Surseepark store. The clarifications have shown that there are delivery problems on the part of our supplier. As a result of the severe storm in the Schwyz region, the basement of the production building was filled with water. As an interim solution, we have listed the Tetra Pack pasta milk so that we can offer our customers organic and conventional pasta milk during the interruption. If I had known that it was just a matter of delivery problems, I wouldn't have approached you with my question in the first place. Good milk, unfortunately the packaging is too soft. The Heidi milk packaging could be used here.
It's also a shame that it doesn't come in the new organic look.

In most cases, adapting the packaging also requires a not insignificant investment, as packaging systems have to be adapted. We therefore ask for your understanding that such investments cannot be implemented so quickly by an SME.
