Hi bonseb, unfortunately, the organic low-fat quark is not lactose-free. It has a lactose content of approx. 3.5 g per 100 g. Is animal or microbial rennet used in "Migros Bio" products? Especially in this low-fat quark? Are there any products from the brand that use animal rennet? (Question to make sure it is vegetarian)

Who at Migros has such a stupid idea as to make two low-fat quark tubs into a double pack with a cardboard box and foil? Just do a promotion (from 2 pieces) and that's it. The additional waste is completely unnecessary! The tub itself is not exactly customer-friendly either - who eats 500g of low-fat quark in one go? With the previous aluminum lid you could close the cup reasonably well - unfortunately this is not possible with the current plastic lid. There would certainly be better solutions with resealable cups.
