These little lettuces are adorable, and what's more, they're organic quality. For my husband and daughter, I wrap them in a strip of bacon to cook. A delight, I hear ;)

Very good cooked in a little olive oil and garlic, 4.5 minutes, a little salt, a little pepper and it makes an original little side dish... The only negative point is that it goes out of date quite quickly...
