There used to be a super delicious lasagne recipe on this packet. Is there any way of getting this?
Hello KapernWind, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the lasagna recipe on the old packaging anywhere. However, we do have a great recipe for lentil salad. Will that help you too? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, no allergens are listed in the list of ingredients. However, I was in a Migros store today and wanted to buy the lentils when I saw that they may contain traces of gluten (the same applies to the organic green lentils). Is this possible? best regards saragf
Hello saragf, the lentils do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients. However, as the manufacturer has informed us, the lentils may be contaminated with wheat (already in the field). Incoming goods are therefore checked. If an average sample exceeds 200mg gluten per kilogram, the goods are rejected. For this reason, green and red organic lentils always contain less than 200mg gluten per kilogram on average, which is why the manufacturer has previously dispensed with the "May contain gluten" label. However, the lentils cannot be described as gluten-free, as the specifications for this are 10 times stricter (less than 20mg gluten per kilogram). However, it has been discovered in the past that, despite all precautionary measures, individual grains of wheat or other cereals may be present in a pack. Due to the possibility of contamination, it was decided to include a trace label (contains gluten) on the packaging. If you are a coeliac and want to be absolutely sure, it is best to visually check the contents of the pack for cereal grains and wash the lentils under running water to remove any dust (including any traces of gluten). Hi, last year in July I bought the red organic lentils and cooked the recipe on the back of the packet - something Asian with curry and coconut milk. Unfortunately, I threw the bag away. Can you still find the recipe?
Hello Bost, thank you for your inquiry. We will be happy to send you the recipe: Exotic lentil salad (side dish for 4 people): Simmer 300 g red lentils in 2.5 dl water with ½ tsp salt for 5 minutes, add 2.5 dl coconut milk and 1 tsp curry powder. Finish simmering for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Leave the lentils to stand for 10 minutes. Mix together the juice and zest of 1 lime, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil. Mix with the hot lentils. Chop 3 - 4 sprigs of coriander together with the stalks, cut 1 spring onion into strips. Mix both into the salad. Serve lukewarm. Tip: Serve with fried king prawns or fish fillets as a main course. Best wishes, your M-Infoline team

Have these lentils been lightly oiled with sunflower oil to preserve them? Some literature states that red and yellow lentils are oiled because they are no longer protected by the skin.
Hello caeberhard, thank you for your inquiry. No, the lentils are only dried. The addition of sunflower oil must be noted on the declaration. Is that enough for you? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
