Hello rollimaus, thank you very much for your post. We are still in the process of clarifying this. We will get back to you as soon as we have the information. We ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello rollimaus, thank you for contacting us and for your patience. We found no deviations in the production and line logs, and the inspection lot for the batch in question was also in order. No changes were made to the recipe and the citric acid content was not increased.
The tea is freshly brewed and checked several times during production by our specialist staff for sensory characteristics. Various measurements, such as the pH value and total acidity, are also carried out. In the production in question, all measured values were within the prescribed tolerances, including the proportion of dry matter.
As far as the proportion of bitter substances is concerned, minimal sensory differences due to variations in raw materials or the manufacturing process (tea infusion) cannot generally be completely avoided. Furthermore, the taste of the product naturally changes slightly during the shelf life. During the first few weeks of storage, there is a slight adjustment in taste, which can also have an influence. In the first 4-6 weeks after production, it may well be that the taste of the iced tea changes slightly and the flavors only develop over time.
We have not received any similar feedback on this product and this batch so far, which is why we assume that this is an unfortunate isolated case. We hope your experience with us will be positive again in the future and wish you a pleasant day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the recipe been changed? Doesn't taste the same as before (approx. 1 month).
Sugar has probably been left out. I bought one the other day and wondered why it wasn't as sweet as usual. It said "without sugar"
Hello Bubu65, thank you for your question. We apologize for the long wait. We have not changed the recipe for our Organic Alpine Herb Ice Tea. However, since this summer we have also been offering a "sugar-free" version in the 1 liter bottle. However, this is labeled accordingly on the front. We suspect that there has been some confusion between the two products "with sugar" and "without sugar". We will check the visual differentiation between the two products again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
