Why is this hemp oil not called hemp seed oil? Can it also contain CBD and THC and therefore leaves and stems?

This also applies to other oils obtained from seeds, such as rapeseed oil or sunflower oil. Hemp seed oil does not contain any significant amounts of the substances THC or CBD, but at most traces.
