The item was supposed to be delivered on April 8, but I never received it 2 months later... On the invoice, it's clearly mentioned and despite my phone calls and emails, I receive reminder charges for this item that I never received and therefore don't want to pay. I am very dissatisfied with the DO-it after-sales service, which does nothing by telephone (except to confirm that the item has not been delivered!) and which has never replied to my e-mail, which I sent 6 weeks ago. Without having received this earth, I cannot say whether it is good, but I deplore the lack of seriousness of the do-it online shop.
