Grüezi Is this dressing made from pasteurized eggs or not a problem during pregnancy? And what about the other French ready-made sauces (e.g. Frifrench)? Thank you for your feedback (e.g. Frifrench).
Hello user, the French salad dressings available in Migros are not made with raw eggs. In industrial food production, liquid egg, a pasteurized egg mass, is used for hygienic reasons. The use of fresh eggs would be far too delicate. French salad dressings (e.g. Bio Dressing French, Frifrench salad dressing) can therefore also be consumed by pregnant women without hesitation.
