Is the enclosed sauce included in the stated calories? If not, how much would the cookies be without it? Thanks for the info. :)

Personally, these things suit me when things have to be quick - but I don't need the sauce at all. :) ► As I also track the nutritional values for everything, it would be helpful if you could give me the updated values for WITHOUT sauce per 100 g. Would that be possible? (i.e. fat, sugar, etc.) That would be great! Thank you very much in advance.

Just tried it, not very enthusiastic. The filling would be nice and creamy and mushroomy, but it is completely lost in the very dry, large "meat" mass. You only get the mushroom flavor if you get the filling pure. The breading is quite hard - perhaps that's why it at least sticks to the cookie. Too bad, we were disappointed.
