Can you please change the packaging again? The plastic seal cannot be opened without scissors. In other words, if you want to grind the beans in the store: go to customer service for scissors, grind the beans, there's hardly any room in the bag because of the larger volume, as part of it has been cut off, the bag can't be closed, go to the vegetable department for plastic bags so that the bag can be sealed and packaged in a makeshift manner. Not exactly fun. Did you remember that people like to grind their coffee fresh in the store? Very sad and neither customer-friendly nor sustainable, because 2nd packaging is needed :-(. So please change the packaging again. Thank you very much!
Hello Hallobaby, thank you for your feedback. As Migros, we are committed to sustainability and have set ourselves the ambitious goal of making our coffee packaging recyclable in order to make our contribution to a more sustainable future.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer packaging that can be opened by hand for recyclable coffee packaging due to the film structure. We have integrated a scissor symbol with lines on the back of the packaging to draw customers' attention to this.
However, we are also working on finding a solution to ensure that the bags can still be opened without tools and still comply with the regulations without compromising the quality and freshness of our coffee products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your prompt reply. That sounds all well and good and I've also seen the scissors symbol. But how do I grind the coffee in the store now? Could you please install scissors on the grinder? But that doesn't solve the problem of the coffee no longer having any space in the cut packaging.... Hmmmm, still bizeli very stupid like that... So from now on I would have to bring scissors and my own packaging. So this new packaging really isn't practical yet. Keep tinkering quickly.
