Why on earth would you add fructose to an organic(!) apple spritzer, which by definition should only consist of fruit juice and water? Fructose of all things, which is so controversial? I don't understand that for the life of me. Perhaps someone could enlighten me on this?
Hi MegaStar It's true, consuming fructose in large quantities is not recommended. It is a type of sugar that occurs naturally in fruit and is absolutely unproblematic in small quantities.
