The best dumpling recipe is on the back. A little more salt than recommended.
Good packaging. Also suitable for pasta dough.
I find this flour very good especially for making distinctive Italian breads as it is milled very finely, the other organic remilled semolina flours remain a bit coarser. I recommend it for making certain types of Sardinian or Sicilian breads
