Great for hummus
The chickpeas have a really unpleasant taste from the liquid they're packed in. Even rinsing them for a long time didn't help. It's hard to say what they taste like. They might as well be asparagus from a jar…
This product contains much less protein (6.1g/100g) than Al Natura chickpeas (9g/100g). Why is this the case? Is it because of different varieties?
