Very good taste. Classic for vermicelli or for baking cakes or pies. Can be refined well. Can also be eaten as is.
An excellent product for making chestnut mousse.
But as a purist, one thing really annoys me: that people continue to call them "marrons" and not "chestnuts," knowing that these are chestnuts and not marrons, and that "marrons" are NOT edible!!!
