Hello We bought the organic carrots and celery fresh on Saturday 26.8.23. Shelf life until today 28.8.23!!! Tonight on 28.8.23 we wanted to eat the leftovers! BUT IT WAS SLIMY, SMELLY AND INEDIBLE!!!!!! Too bad about the money. I will no longer buy organic products from MIGROS!!!!

As the best-before date of 28.08.2023 has now passed, we can no longer test samples from the same production series. Nevertheless, we have our suspicions. Based on our experience, the discrepancies you describe are due to moisture in the bag. It is therefore possible that the spinning process after washing the ingredients was not carried out properly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As an immediate measure, we have asked all departments involved to ensure proper handling. We are continuing to monitor the issue closely.
