Good all-round product for a mushroom fricassee, a good sauce for flour fritters and topping pizzas.
In principle, organic mushrooms are good. I just wonder why the white, normal ones are only available in large packs (food waste) and why I am therefore "forced" to buy small quantities of approx. 5-6 pieces in expensive organic quality.
I would like an answer to this question.
In addition, only the brown ones are available individually in non-organic quality.
