Are alpha-amylase and xylanases here of plant origin and is the product therefore vegan?
Hi DiWa77 Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Migros Frischback-Bürli do not contain any ingredients or additives of animal origin (the enzymes are vegan!) and can therefore be described as vegan. However, they have not been certified as vegan and therefore do not carry a corresponding V-label on the packaging

Has the recipe been changed? It no longer tastes like a Bürli and is extremely soft despite baking for 2 minutes. The baking temperature was also lowered from 230/250°C to 200/220°C. I don't like the taste at all. Am I the only one? :-( Batch: ffbppr06ae / best before 24.08.2025
Hello killabite, thank you very much for your message. It's a shame that you no longer like the organic Bürli! We are happy to confirm that the recipe has remained the same. However, there have been adjustments to the production process, which has resulted in changes to the product. The current baking instructions are therefore not ideal and need to be revised. We are currently working on this revision. The adapted version will appear with the next reprint of the packaging. We ask for your patience - it will pay off! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
