Don't confuse, as some people here do, the preservation of nutrients with the release of toxins. That would be a big mistake, detrimental to optimal health benefits...

I don't know where all these positive reviews came from. This oil is RANCID, don't buy it. Same for one from coop. There's not a single good avocado oil brand in Swiss stores
