1 question

In Germany, Ökotest tested 20 rice cakes in 2022 and 18 out of 20 samples contained elevated arsenic levels. What about these wafers? Is there any information about them? As I eat them quite a lot, I think it would be important, because I don't want to poison myself :-D

Hello MrWinterfeldt thank you for your question. We understand that this reporting can be unsettling. According to food law, the arsenic content in rice is set at a maximum of 0.3 mg / kg. All values above this may not be placed on the market. Our suppliers check this on receipt of goods or at the point of origin. If an excess is detected, no further processing takes place. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
