Hello. I've been buying this muesli for years. For the past few weeks, I've noticed that it's much finer and has fewer large pieces. I think that's a real shame, because it's not as crunchy as it used to be. Why is that?

The bags have all already been disposed of. I assume that's now the standard procedure. It's been the same ever since about three months ago. At least 6–8 packs at Migros Gelterkinden...
I just bought two more packs. Expiration date: March 19, 2027, lot number 6031902822. These are also good and don't have any big crunchy pieces in them...

It turned out that there was no change to the recipe. However, the Bio aha! Crunchy Muesli is made from natural ingredients, the properties of which can vary slightly. Combined with the natural variations in the baking process, changes in texture and the size of the granola pieces cannot be completely avoided.
