Unfortunately, no quantities are given for the ingredients. This suggests that there is significantly less millet and buckwheat than rice. Is that correct? Why is there no information about this?
Hello AKGenf, According to current law, ingredients must be listed in descending order of their percentage content. It is not mandatory to indicate the percentage content of individual ingredients on the packaging or on the foil. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
I was going to ask the same question :) In my opinion, the product is purely a marketing gimmick without any detailed information about its ingredients, and nutritionally it's no better than a plain rice cake. I think it's mostly rice or whatever is cheapest, with millet and buckwheat added to make it sound a little healthier and higher quality.
For a better nutritional profile, I would look at the lentil wafers or the chickpea wafers (more protein, fewer carbs, slightly more fiber).
Hello SweetchiliGrizzlybär
aha! Organic 4-grain waffles were developed especially for people with special dietary needs and are part of our allergy-friendly range. The focus here is on offering as wide a selection of gluten-free grains as possible in order to provide a tasty alternative to pure rice waffles. The aim of this product was not to offer a rice cake with the highest possible protein content. Depending on your preferences, you can choose other waffles, such as chickpea or lentil waffles. The choice is yours ;-)
Best regards, your M-Infoline team
