Despite long soaking and long cooking, I can't get these beans soft. I won't be buying them again.
Easy to prepare. The beans remain rather firm in consistency, perfect for salads.

Why are the organic black beans available in so few stores? The reduced range is the main reason for me to avoid Migros. I can find different types of sweetcorn on 1 meter of shelf space, but no black beans. Turnover is one thing, but the breadth of the range is also important. Otherwise I just go to Aldi, where every store carries almost the entire range.
