so many disappointed customers...do you take the criticism seriously at all? i am so disappointed, my beloved pretzel croissants are now only fart dry, 50% air and the pretzel taste is also gone...too bad
Hello catba, thank you very much for your post. We take customer feedback on the Big Lye Butter Summit very seriously and are responding to it. At the end of August, we will work with Development to find a solution to better meet customer requirements. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
@M-Infoline: Can you already tell us something about the outcome of the meeting at the end of August? Kind regards from an eagerly awaiting Laugengipfel friend
Hello catba, thank you for your question. We are trying to produce the best possible summit for our customers based on various tastings. However, the process is still ongoing. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Since I'm definitely not going to buy the croissants with the new recipe, could you at least tell me the old recipe so that I can bake them myself? This concession would be a reason for me not to do all my shopping at the competition in future.
Hello Subo_2, thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry that you are no longer satisfied with the products. The adjustment was made to achieve a better taste experience. Before we released the composition, we carried out tastings and the results were positive. A change is therefore not currently planned. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to reveal the previous recipe to you because it is subject to a confidentiality obligation. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why was the recipe changed? It used to be my absolute favorite croissant, I bought it almost every day. Suddenly they were much bigger and I didn't like them at all. At first I thought my sense of taste had somehow changed, until I found out that they were no longer the same croissants. Sooo sad... why is everything always made worse? My fine M budget wholemeal toast is already no longer edible, and now the pretzel croissants have joined the list. I won't be buying them any more😥
Hello kagu, the aim of the new recipe was to improve the taste and content of the Big Laugengipfel. We carried out various internal and external tasting rounds and tests. The chosen recipe clearly came out on top. It's a shame that you no longer like the article. We will be happy to take your feedback on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The new Laugengipfeli are now as bad as the ones from the Coop. Nice to look at, more voluminous, probably also better for baking in the store (no longer so dark) but clearly worse in taste. If it stays like this, there will probably be a drop in sales. In our Migros they have clearly been a big hit up to now, but I doubt that it will stay that way. At least I won't be buying them any more (previously daily!). What a pity. Don't you do a market survey?
Hello Newflash, thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear that you no longer like the Big Laugenbuttergipfel. The sales figures for this topping have remained stable since the changeover. In the run-up to a recipe change like this, we carry out extensive tastings to test its popularity. The new recipe performed well. We take the feedback on board and keep an eye on the reactions to the new composition. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the supplier/recipe been changed? Unfortunately not nearly the same taste experience - we don't like it at all. Less buttery, bland, boring, dry...!!! Why do we always have to adapt the tried and tested...
Hello sbaeretatze, thank you for your question. The specialist department has confirmed that there has been an adjustment to the recipe. We're sorry that you don't like the new croissants. We have not received any further customer feedback like yours. The aim of the new recipe is to improve the quality of all croissants. In the run-up to such a change, extensive tastings are of course carried out to ensure the popularity of the recipes. These tests were positive with the new recipe. However, the specialist department has of course noted your feedback and will continue to keep an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
yes, I have already written it...the new recipe is very bland and fart dry...very sad!!!!
Thank you for your feedback - I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say. However, I do have one more question: you write "...for all peaks..." does this mean that we also have to prepare for a change of recipe for the "Croissant pur Beurre"? ...which we would probably be just as unhappy about... as these have been just as tasty and very popular with us up to now!
Hi sbaeretatze, thanks for your post. We converted the following three peaks to the new quality: Bio Buttergipfel, Rustico Gipfel and Big Laugengipfel. The filled croissants and the Keimkraft croissant have not yet been converted. We will not be converting the Croissant Francais. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I have to agree with the previous writers. The new recipe is a huge disappointment - the previously best big-eyed peaks are now bland, dry and "dusty". It would be interesting to know what specifically they wanted to improve. I'm also not sure whether the feedback will get back to you at all. I have now spoken to employees in two stores about this and they just said "something may have been adjusted", but I can't expect the feedback to be passed on with the best will in the world. Please give us back our big eyes!
Hello buessi1988, we collect the feedback and pass it on to our product managers. The decision-makers made the change because they wanted to improve quality. We always inform the cooperatives clearly about such a change. They then inform the branches - but it is possible that this information does not reach every employee. However, we do everything we can to ensure that the information reaches its destination. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, after 8 weeks of traveling abroad, I am horrified to discover that the best lye summits in the world have been ruined. Why on earth do some marketing strategists think they have to reinvent the wheel? I WANT MY Lye Summits BACK, or I'll do my shopping at the competition in future 😡😡😡😡
