Are the bifidobacteria the same as in bifidus drinks? If so, is the quantity of bifidobacteria the same?
Why is Bifidus Nature yogurt not available in organic quality? Like in Coop or Lidl, for example?
Hello Jane25, thank you for your input. We will be happy to take your suggestion on board and place your request with the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can you please tell me how much calcium is in a cup of this yogurt?
Hello Beckaboo14, 1 cup of 500g provides approx. 650mg calcium. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much. So the small cups (150g) contain about 200mg calcium, right?
Hello Beckaboo14, yes, that's right! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much and a happy new year!

Why was the recipe adjusted with the packaging change? Why is no reference made to the change? It now tastes sweet, before it had a neutral natural taste
Hello Nici85, thank you for your inquiry. No adjustments were made to the recipe when the packaging was redesigned. Regarding the comment on taste, we have checked our reference samples (various expiry dates) and could not find any deviations. We are extremely sorry that the product no longer meets your taste. Why does this yogurt have natural sugar? Would it work WITHOUT?
No, it says so in the product information: No added sugar, contains naturally occurring sugars.
It is not added sugar, but naturally occurring lactose

Why are there aluminum covers on the Bifidus yogurt now?
Hello ler12che, thank you for the question. We made a change as the current market is moving towards packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The PET lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of in the household waste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Would like to see who disposes of it separately! Use unnecessary water to clean it so that it can then be disposed of? Please use the old lids again, as they were reusable during use!
I clean the aluminum lid with a spoon or tongue :)), I have disposed of the plastic lid, but I had a special silicone cover that I got at Migros. However, the aluminum lid does not always come off easily, which is not nice!

Dear Migros, I have seen in Germany that there is a separate container right next to the large yogurt where you can take a plastic lid. This can be washed and reused after use. I think it's a great idea! Best regards
I also have a few of these plastic lids at home, but I kept the ones from an old product. These lids are perfect and sustainable. But Migros prefers to impose silicone lids on customers, which of course are not free.
... That's why I bought them from coop.
Hello Schmunzel-Lisa, we have been offering the silicone lid for some time now, which can be used flexibly. You can check online for availability in your area. The lids are usually placed next to the dairy products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, please go back to the tried and tested plastic lid, with which you could/can ideally reseal the 500gr cup. Let's be honest: the recyclable new aluminum lids also end up in the garbage and not in the aluminum - is that more environmentally friendly?! In addition, these usually tear the first time they are opened and recycling is therefore doubly unrealistic - or does someone like to ponder on smeared aluminum?... Best regards
Hello marcobuerki, we made a change because the current market is moving in the direction of packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. We shared your comment about the low tear resistance with the specialist department. The PET lid had to be disposed of with household waste. We have been offering the silicone lid for some time now, which can be used flexibly. You can check availability in your area online. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline Team Thank you very much for the prompt feedback. Today I bought the silicone lid and put it on the 500gr cup... Conclusion: not the same clean thing as with the original PET lid of the old packaging. I also had very fine silicone particles on my hands after putting it on... so I'm wondering whether I'm also ingesting and/or promoting microplastic particles with this system? -> still not convinced - also: the "old" PET lid is still in use with the organic Nature yoghurt - how does that fit together?... Best regards Marco
Hello marcobuerki, thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased that you gave our suggestion a chance. We are all the more sorry that the set-up did not turn out to be a "clean affair". We will be happy to follow up on your suggestion. We are dependent on your support for this. Please send us a photo via e-mail(m-Infoline@migros.ch). So that we can process your request immediately, please include your reference number 20221114-1430 and the words "Migipedia" in the subject line. Thank you in advance for your valuable help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
In my opinion, such silicone lids are not useful. When you put it on, it usually squeezes the walls of the cup together and cleaning also requires unnecessary water and washing-up liquid!
Hello marcobuerki, thank you for your feedback. We asked you to send us photos of the lid by email in November, but unfortunately we never received them and are unable to follow up on your complaint. However, we will be happy to pass on your feedback. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Yesterday morning, when I went to open the Bifidus jar I regularly use, I suddenly found myself holding two pieces of coarse aluminum in my hands, with another piece still on top of the jar. As a single consumer, I have no idea how to keep the Bifidus yoghurt in the fridge without a lid. I don't eat 500 grams all at once - but spread it out over the week. I wondered whether Migros is making a name for itself by using less and less plastic and thus increasing ecological and sustainable values. As consumers who are also concerned about this, we have no choice but to fail to achieve our goals. This worsening of the missing lid makes it so. I have no choice but to buy the small packaging from Bifidus to ensure that the yoghurt stays fresh. And thus contribute to the proliferation of plastic and aluminum.
Hi Julianne_2, we made a change as the current market is moving towards packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. Thanks for the reply - unfortunately I only have Voi near me and they don't have the lids according to the directory. I may be able to order them online via myMigros. If not, I'll have to wait until I can get back to the big Migros in town.
aha you should buy silicone lids tsss....

Why was the good plastic resealable lid replaced by an aluminum lid? A real pity...
The reason given for this is that aluminum is recyclable and plastic is not.
Hello SingQ, thank you for your question. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The previous lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of with household waste. We have been offering the silicone lid for some time now, which can be used flexibly. You can also check the product image and availability in your area here: https://www.migros.ch/de/product/704527600000. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline Team Hope that at least the plastic lid stays with the cottage cheese. And plastic is recyclable... Best regards, a plastic lid lover
