I bought this mattress last week. I have already washed the cover twice and have been airing out the mattress for 8 days, but it still smells so strongly of chemicals, why is that?

I am a big fan of this mattress. However, at 65kg, the soft version was too soft for me. medium fits very well. I sleep deeply and very comfortably on it and am well supported. It is expensive. But if I work it out over 8-10 years of use, I'm happy to pay 12 a month for a really good night's sleep. And knowing that a lot of it was produced in Germany.

A dream at the beginning, but after 2 years it is already 2cm thinner and I get terrible back pain! According to the service, the change is within the tolerance of M-Service and therefore cannot be replaced. If it were a bico mattress from a specialist store, it would be a clear case. My conclusion, never buy mattresses from micasa again. I think the return policy is great and the advice was also good, but the service is terrible for warranty claims.

Very pleasant and really floaty when you lie down.
Very comfortable. Sleep like on a cloud. Highly recommended. I also use the flexible slatted frame.
