Our little pacifier refuser uses the pacifier to play. She finds it interesting, but doesn't use it for "nuggling".
Baby took the pacifier, I just found the shape a little too big
very simple design, the baby was happy to take the pacifier... I don't think black is so baby-like but the benefits are great
