Great coffee preparation on the go. Unfortunately, I can't find any spare parts such as filters and sealing rings at Migros (where I bought the jug).

Today I bought the beautiful Bialetti Moka and immediately tried it out on the induction hob - no luck! The water doesn't get hot even though the description says it's suitable for induction. What's wrong here?
