The consistency is so meaty that my grill (and I) had an identity crisis at first. But the taste is VEGANomenal.
For me, it's right up there as a meat substitute, but beware: if you don't like the taste of real meat, then it's probably the wrong alternative as it comes very close.
Beyond Meat tastes good and brings variety to everyday cooking, which usually contains meat. Tip: with a little ketchup, mayonnaise - or what we particularly like - guacamole, even the die-hard meat tiger won't notice that he has just been fooled :-)
