Are there any ingredients or additives of animal origin (other than the specified ingredients) in the production process? For example, gelatine in the clarification of fruit juices. Thank you for your reply.

Are the doughnuts deep-fried in pork fat?
Who fries with pork fat? Vegetable fats, oils, clarified butter... are used, of course.

I'm just of the opinion that the food industry certainly doesn't use pork fat/lard in general, otherwise it would have to be declared, wouldn't it? There are so many vegetarians and vegans nowadays. Sure, there isn't a vegan doughnut yet! And I certainly don't fry chips and other things with pork fat in my private life. Greetings.
