We apologize that we are only now getting back to you with news. We are happy to confirm that all our Bear products are Kosher and Halal certified. Ethanol can be produced by natural fermentation. However, because the percentage is less than 1%, it is considered a preservative. This does not change the certification. The product remains halal. We hope this information is helpful to you.
