Very fine and flavorful sausage.
Unfortunately, it has happened several times that the sausage was extremely difficult to peel.
A lot of the casing stuck to the sausage and I had to cut a lot of it away. A great pity.

I love them but when I bought them today you couldn't remove the casing it was impossible unfortunately I tried with a knife and broke the whole sausage so I had to dispose of it. Too bad about the sausage and the money especially since I don't own a gold kettle. 😔🫏💰
