We have been buying it for years for our friends who like bread but suffer from gluten intolerance.
Very good and highly recommended. Incidentally, also for people who do not suffer from a gluten allergy.
They are delicious but dry out quickly, even if you bake them for less than 10 minutes

Surprisingly airy, tasty, good, was an emergency purchase. The last time I had them about a year ago, I found them very compact and dry.
