One of the aromatically seasoned, non-greasy pork steaks went into the freezer, the other was grilled on the hot contact grill for 1½ minutes on each side. I enjoyed the beautiful piece of meat with a square pattern with a handful of Zweifel Spicy Tomato Chips and organic Iceberg lettuce dressed with organic French dressing with herbs.
