I'm happy with the different heat and intensity levels. The only thing that irritates me is that air flows out at the bottom where the cable leads to the hairdryer. Does it have to be like that?

My wife is very happy with the hairdryer. It's much quieter, lighter and more comfortable to hold than the old one, and the temperature is also great for her.
The hairdryer runs great, not as hot as others, very pleasant. My hair has hardly any frizz after blow-drying. And finally a hairdryer with a large usable diffuser!
It's too hot for me on the medium setting and too cold on the lowest setting.
