Excellent product
Cool effect, really warm but without burning, not like the adhesive pads.
I find it a bit difficult to fix on my own, or rather the strap doesn't stay flat but rolls up into a string.
A larger bulge at the bottom would be great, as this is where I have the most pain.
It would be great if this technology was also available for the neck and shoulder area to combat my headaches, which are caused by tension. Then maybe I could do without tablets
