Lots of vitamins and minerals and good bioavailability. But I find the taste awful. I have to force the powder down with water. However, I will continue to buy it because I am very impressed with the quality. I have been taking it since autumn and haven't been sick once this winter, not even a cold. Otherwise, I usually get severe sinus problems at least three times a year. I also take iron supplements.
