Hello peterkoller, food supplements are safe in the dosage indicated (e.g. 1 tablet per day), even if you take them long-term and even if certain vitamins are indicated to cover more than 100% of the daily requirement. However, all food supplements contain a warning that the recommended dosage (e.g. 1 tablet per day) should not be exceeded.
