Sour and quite expensive. But it helps me a lot, and I'm generally happy and grateful that Migros offers such a wide range of dietary supplements. Let's hope it stays that way.

Very pleasant to take. Ideal to take with you. We use it regularly.
Unfortunately, I have not noticed any positive effects after taking it. The taste is too sweet for me personally, and unfortunately Migros doesn't have a version without sugar or sugar substitutes. Putting the powder directly on the tongue takes some getting used to and is not a pleasant feeling. I also don't think the product is particularly good value compared to other magnesium supplements.
