Hello, this product contains 250 mg chondroitin sulphate per tablet. You are supposed to take 2 per day. I have been trying to find out how much chondroitin sulphate there is in Actilife Glucosamine Formula without success. This information would help me to decide which product to take. I live in Wiedlisbach and often go shopping at MIGROS Langendorf (SO) or MIGROS in Herzogenbuchsee.
