Hello zimtstern1984, thank you for your post. The tolerability of a tablet or capsule (regardless of the ingredients) should always be classified as something very individual. Taking it with or immediately after a meal can improve general tolerance. As an alternative to Axamine iron capsules, we now also offer Axamine iron sticks.
