Frankly, White Tiger Balm is much more effective.

In my opinion, more suitable as a muscle balm than for colds. Cools (had expected warming) and smells mainly of menthol, not at all of eucalyptus or other "cold herbs"
I really like this scent which helps to unblock my nose. A little expensive but to get good products you have to open your wallet.
