Unfortunately, it's only available cut in Valais. Would also be great all over Switzerland. It's impossible to cut rye yourself without a machine, but it's now also available here in Zurich. But I haven't bought it yet. I will try. Also with regard to mold. The slices that you don't eat straight away should typically be frozen. Has anyone tried this?

gray for the umpteenth time. Bought on Thursday, opened today and the bread is gray again. Something should finally be done about this. The plastic packaging is wrong from my point of view.
