«Customers appreciate the taste and quality of the elderflower syrup, although some find it less intense and too sugary. The ginger lemon honey flavor is enjoyed for its refreshing nature, but the bottle's handle closure is criticized for causing stickiness.»

Very tasteful

First-class elderflower syrup! Extremely full-bodied and very typical in taste, consistent quality, long shelf life and extremely economical! At least as good as homemade! Considering the not inconsiderable amount of work involved and the regional origin, it is very reasonably priced! A big compliment and thank you!

I bought it because I thought it would have a more intense flavor than the rest...but unfortunately it's not! Too much sugar and citric acid and too little elderflower extract or flavor. No good from the region to rot children's teeth... Also not suitable for baking and espumas, as they only taste acid and sugar in smaller quantities (due to too high a back content). A clear thumbs down from me from the region! I am happy to pay more for a product from the region, for better quality of course, but I donate where it is needed...

Ginger-lemon honey

A delicious syrup, not too sweet and very refreshing. The weak point is the handle cap, as nice as it is and as much as I like to support recyclable glass bottles. The bottle is constantly sticky because a drop of syrup always runs down the bottle when pouring. So I prefer the pet version with the screw cap.
