I've only been drinking Migros raspberry syrup for years. But this is a real disappointment. What's this nonsense? I'm basically in favor of free trade. But why don't you write in big letters that you're putting garbage on the shelves? I didn't see the label on the packaging.
Dear guest
As we always strive to meet our customers' needs, we are now also offering an M-Classic syrup line. The syrups in the M-Classic line have a fruit content of 10%, which enables us to offer the syrups to our customers at a lower, attractive price. According to Cassis de Dijon, syrups with a lower fruit juice content are possible (M-Classic syrup line). However, the fruit syrup line still has a fruit content of 30%. According to the Swiss Foodstuffs Ordinance, a Swiss fruit syrup must have a minimum fruit content of 30% by volume and 60% dry matter.
We still have the raspberry fruit syrup with 30% fruit content (item number 1215.061 75 cl / 1215.070 1.5 liter) in our range. We have simply adapted and "freshened up" the packaging a little and replaced the artificial colorants with natural colorants.
The label states
- Raspberry fruit syrup: Raspberry syrup 30%
- M-Classic raspberry syrup: raspberry syrup 10% with flavoring

Cassis-de-Dijon sends its regards... "Swiss" syrup must contain 30% fruit, this "puddle" (unfortunately I can't call it anything else...) only has 10%
Now we can look forward to the EU-compliant watered-down ham...
Dear guest
In addition to the fruit syrup, we now also offer the M-Classic line. Syrups in the M-Classic line have a fruit content of 10%. With the introduction of Cassis de Dijon, we can now also offer syrups with a lower fruit juice content (M-Classic syrup line). As the syrups contain 10% fruit, they can be offered at a lower and attractive price.
However, the fruit syrup line still has a fruit content of 30%. According to the Swiss Foodstuffs Ordinance, Swiss fruit syrup must have a minimum fruit content of 30% by volume and 60% dry matter.

My favorite syrup for years! Unfortunately I now have to look for a new one! 2/3 less fruit juice, is that the new Migros mentality? Cheeky!
