Fed up with seeing ads for ( filet mignon ) perfect !!! Beautiful !!! as it should be !!! And on the shelf the pieces are ugly less and less trimmed ! And thawed !!! In short, the more we go forward, the more MIGROS regresses for many things ! It's a real shame.

I personally prefer the sirloin steak to the entrecote. It has much more flavor and is usually tender as butter.
Too bad it's often not thick enough. I understand this price level for sale.
