I treat myself to this twice a year.
I've always had good wädli but the last one wasn't smoked enough
Too much bone, hardly any meat, too expensive
Is great but finds it too expensive
Long cooking time . Cooking with ribs and bacon requires less energy.
A man's portion, but a good piece of meat!
Not too heavily salted, a little firm to the bite. Could be cooked a little longer.
