It's a real treat, but I always have to make sure my cat doesn't steal it.

Too much bone, hardly any meat, too expensive

Long cooking time . Cooking with ribs and bacon requires less energy.
A man's portion, but a good piece of meat!
Not too heavily salted, a little firm to the bite. Could be cooked a little longer.
