Why are the stamps with the origin and laying date not legible lately?
I have no idea if this was even placed in Switzerland and if so where ...
Hello Kymba00, thank you for your message and your comment. We will be happy to look into the matter. Could you please let us know whether the stamp is illegible on all the eggs in the pack or whether there are individual eggs where the stamp is clearly legible? If some stamps are legible, it would be very helpful if you could upload a picture of one of these stamps. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you - Unfortunately not readable by anyone
Hello Kymba00, thank you for your feedback. Our supplier has analyzed the case and found that the random checks did not reveal any smudged prints. However, it is possible that the eggs have become slightly damp due to the current weather conditions, for example due to snow or condensation that can form due to temperature differences. As the print is water-soluble, this could have led to the smearing. We can assure you that the affected eggs are products from Swiss producers in Mühlrüti and Lütisburg. The producers print the laying date and the farm number on all eggs directly on the farm. This two-line print is typical for Switzerland, while foreign prints are usually pink and single-line . Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
All right, thank you very much for the feedback!
