Hello everyone I discovered this hand cream some time ago and am delighted with it. This week I bought it again, but unfortunately there are very small pieces in it (look like thin, longish white/transparent splinters). Has something been changed in production or is this a mistake? It irritates me because it wasn't like this with the previous ones.
Maybe a problem with storage, hot and cold ... I have never had this problem in the 2 years we have been using the hand cream.
Hello NaemiHofer, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into your report. Please let us know the production number of your cream. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline Team Is the production number the one at the top of the cream? The following two creams have such pieces: 21024382 and 21319181 Thank you very much for your research. LG Naemi
Hello NaemiHofer, the supplier has checked his retained samples. These were free of egg wall. The laboratory continued to search for what the particles mentioned could be. When the samples were cooled to below zero degrees, small crystals were detected. These were small salt particles that dissolved again at over 20 degrees. These are absolutely harmless as they are part of the formulation. Presumably it was very cold during transportation in winter, so that the salt crystals were able to form. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello everyone Do the other Arad products (especially the body butter and shampoo) smell like the hand cream? I love the scent and can't get enough of it. Or can someone tell me what the hand cream smells like?
Hello Anony, thank you very much for the message. We are delighted that you like the scent of the Arad hand cream! The hand cream and the body butter have the same fragrance oil and a similar composition of raw materials. The other products have a different composition of raw materials, which is why the fragrance oils vary slightly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The hand cream is simply perfect. The fragrance is light. The cream does not leave any stickiness on the hands. We can also wash up straight after applying it without a plate slipping out of our hand.

Dangerous This product contains carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, allergens (BHT, Propylparaben, Limonone). Why does Migros sell and promote products that are harmful to health?
Hello PierretteB, thank you very much for your message. We were happy to discuss it with the supplier. First of all, you should know that allergies have been one of the most studied topics in the cosmetics industry for many years. Increasingly sensitive studies and analysis equipment make it possible to better examine raw materials and finished products, and to test their effects (both immediate and long-lasting). Under European cosmetics legislation, raw materials are constantly being classified differently, or even partially banned, in the light of new findings. Due to the highly individual composition and sensitivity of human skin, it should be noted that all products can have undesirable effects, depending on skin type. It is important to know that the supplier only uses raw materials authorized under European cosmetics legislation. In your message, you mention three raw materials at the end of the composition list. This means that they are contained in the cream in the smallest quantity. They are also authorized by the European Union. We constantly monitor the composition of our products and make any necessary changes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
